How it started

 

Hi, I’m Karrie. Thank you for visiting Poppy Lane. My journey began as a hobby refurbishing outdated pieces of furniture that still had lots of life left, into beautiful statement pieces. It gave me the opportunity to use my creative side and I built a passion for watching new ideas come to life, one project at a time.

 

In 2022, with endless encouragement from my Fiancé, Greg, what was once a hobby officially transitioned into POPPY LANE! This is where so much joy and peace were found creating one-of-a-kind mosaic wood art to share with the world. While Poppy Lane has evolved over time, the one thing that has remained the same is my desire and commitment to creating a unique piece for your space.

 

Here at Poppy Lane, you will find me - Wisconsin based, real-life Mama of 3 - typically covered in sawdust and paint while rocking a messy bun. It is my hope to inspire you to create a life that fuels your soul.

 

Each piece of artwork is carefully handcrafted using sourced materials – including recycled and salvaged lumber. The design is something that evolves with the building process to create that unique piece made just for you.

 

The design shop is stocked with new designs often. I also offer custom orders to customers who are looking for a more personalized piece to fit their space. I look forward to sharing my passion with you.
